Very soon, Tyler businesses will have a new shopping center in which to set up shop.  The Woodcreek Village shopping center, located at 6004 South Broadway, has been purchased by an experienced developer who intends to lease spaces very soon and make improvements as the center is leased.

Woodcreek Village, 23,344 sf, was built in 1981 and has seen vast growth of the South Broadway corridor since its beginning.    The well-known Woodcreek Athletic Club (24,250 sf) was built in 1983 along with an additional 12,400 sf building that currently houses the Where’s Rufus Sports Bar.  The original building in the Woodcreek Village was expanded in 1984 by an additional 6,800 sf that is currently the home of Santo Chiropractic.  Outside of the Woodcreek Village, growth of the South Broadway corridor has included the La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery, Grande Centre, a 95,000 sf, five-level office building, Southside Bank, Andy’s Frozen Custard, the ETMC emergency clinic and many, many more.

Woodcreek Village is a highly visible location in the heart of Tyler’s South Broadway corridor.  Traffic counts are approximately 43,000 vehicles per day (2015) and frontage on South Broadway is over 250′.  The center boasts ample parking and a C-1 zoning.
