About Sandey
Property Manager
Sandey Coker joined Burns Commercial Properties in March 2018, bringing with her an extensive background in property management. The East Texas native has operated various multi-family portfolios for over 20 years of her career and has served as a member of the board (2008-2012), Vice President (2012-2014), and President (2014-2016) of the Tyler Apartment Association. During that time she received Best Renewal Portfolio (2010) and Outstanding NOI (Net Operating Income) Performance (2011).
Sandey is a mother of three and enjoys her volunteer activities with the Salvation Army and Feed the Hungry. Sandey has been an excellent addition to the BCP team and is now managing 15+ properties consisting of office, retail, medical, and industrial properties.
