Late last week, the Towne Oaks East Apartments, located at 3900 Old Bullard Rd, sold to an out-of-state investor with Agent, Mark Whatley, representing the seller.  

Originally built in the 1970’s, the Towne Oaks East Apartments are centrally located in the heart of Tyler.  Just north of the Loop 323 and Old Bullard Rd intersection, the apartments offer easy access to shopping, dining, schools, and the famous Azalea District and Bergfeld Park.

The complex has a reputation for tenant satisfaction and  have been focused on providing the best possible rental experience for tenants.  From community events to 24 hour maintenance, the staff works hard to create a bond with their tenants and to create a sense of community.

Since prior to the sell, the seller, property manager, and entire staff have been working diligently to ensure a smooth transition that will not impact the tenants.
